The Grapevine Motel

The pub next door was a bonus, with reasonably priced drinks, good meals and a discount for motel guests. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was very welcome for an early start. After six weeks of travel, this restful last night made for a good end to the trip before heading home. We were very impressed with the facilities.

The room was spacious and clean, and the continental breakfast was included. It's in a nice spot close to town and right next to the pub. My only complaint was that the bed seemed to be two beds put together, with one higher than the other. I'd stay again.

Check-in was available until midnight, and the staff kindly offered us a late checkout at 11am. The room had everything we needed, and the small breakfast included tea, coffee, juice, cereal and toast, adding value to an already good price. Parking was provided, and service was really good. You can also order food from the adjoining pub and restaurant, where motel guests get 10% off. The food and service were fantastic. Everything was clean and well organized. I'd definitely return, especially as a starting point for winery adventures.

Our host was friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout were quick and simple. The rooms are very large and clean, with big, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. I was with a large group, and we found undercover parking. The Grapevine Hotel, part of the Motel, is a great place to eat and drink. I've already booked another stay.
