The loft bed was a big hit with the kids, and it's a big reason we booked the cabin. We also liked seeing magpies, galahs, and parrots drop by in the morning. The cabin is cozy, clean, and has its own character. You can tell it's being updated, and the toilet fittings look very modern.

That wood fire made the cabin feel so cozy, and there was plenty of wood along with all the little extras that make a place feel like home. The beds were super comfortable, with great pillows and fairly new bedding. Furniture and fixtures were good quality, and everything was clean and well cared for, even the shower and curtain were free of mould. We loved staying here and would come back if we can snag a booking, lol.

Mornings on the porch were a treat, with six kinds of birds coming to eat from my hand. The back porch has beautiful views that really capture Denmark. The house was tidy, cozy, and full of character, just what we wanted. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk from Big Cove, where we enjoyed dipping our toes in the water in the evening. We'd definitely return.

We had everything needed for an easy stay, including the essential appliances and cutlery. The wild birds are very friendly and enjoy the attention, so bring bird seed. It's just a few minutes from town, beside the river, with trees and fresh air all around. A lovely little escape from city life to enjoy Denmark and the beautiful south west. We'll be back next year and have already recommended it to friends and family.
