After an 11 hour drive with exhausted kids, we arrived at this cute motel. Service was great from the phone booking onwards, and self check-in was easy. The room was nice, with a modern bathroom and everything we needed. The pool was a huge plus after that long drive. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in the area.

The rooms were fresh and had all the amenities we needed, better than we expected after the motel we’d stayed at before. Staff were welcoming, and there’s undercover parking. Moffat Beach is within walking distance, and having a 7/11 directly across the road is a bonus. Perfect for our short stay, and I’d recommend it.

We booked for three adults and our small dog, and were given a room with one large bed and bunks. Our 45 yr old daughter couldn’t sleep in a bunk, so she went home to Brisbane after the first night. The fridge freezer was so frosted up that we couldn’t fit frozen food in it. There was no space for our second car, so it had to stay on the street.

The pool was clean and nice, a refreshing stop after the short walk down to Maffat Beach. Staff were friendly, and our room was very comfortable for the two nights we stayed. It had air conditioning, a low step into the shower, a kettle, cups, tea and coffee, and a microwave. We’d definitely stay again.

The owners were super friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, clean and fresh. It wasn’t the biggest, but it was perfect for our one night. The beach and plenty of amenities are close by. A great motel.
