We stayed for three nights just before Christmas, and Dinner Plain gave us a lovely break from busy Sydney, even though the town was a little quiet. It’s a great little town in the Victorian Highlands, 10 km from Mt Hotham. The owners, Ian & Sang Yong, were so helpful and welcoming. They showed us around the village and bush tracks and talked us through what the area offers in winter. The B&B has a spacious kitchen and dining area, with more than enough room for breakfast. The showers were hot, the bathrooms clean, the rooms serviced, and the beds really comfortable. We had a wonderful visit even in summer, and can’t wait to stay in winter. Thanks, guys.

Ian is very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the relaxing lounge has views over the hills. A great place to stay.
