Cam deserves a special mention for being supportive from the start and going out of the way to make our stay unforgettable. We had a wonderful family visit to the motel in Marysville. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfy. After a day out, the amazing bathtub made it the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Marysville.

I travel for work, so I only need the basics from accommodation, but the Towers rooms come with newly renovated '5 star' luxuries as standard. Best rooms, location and price, with the friendliest staff. I was gobsmacked, and you will be too.

Filthy. See photos. ROOM: Check every towel, you'll find filth. The rattan chair has mould. The fridge was dirty. There was hair on the linen. No bin in the toilet, just an uncovered paper bin in the room. The remote didn't work and had a dead battery. COMMUNAL KITCHEN: No cutlery. The microwave was dirty. Most light bulbs had been removed, leaving one dim bulb. The vanity door had been taken off and left to the side, a safety hazard. A dishwashing detergent pack was sitting on a dirty, stained mop pad. Toilet bowls weren't cleaned. The toilet bin hadn't been emptied. The cushions were filthy. The sofa had dust and dirt spots. The chairs were sticky and dirty. The floor was extremely dirty. The table was dusty and dirty. The cloth provided was dirty. The owner lived in an attached room beside the communal kitchen, toilet and bathroom, and the TV volume was blasting for anyone using the communal kitchen. Definitely NOT my home, as Tower Motel's website says.

The motel is central to town but set a little back from the road, so it was quiet. Our upstairs room had two queen beds and we stayed three nights in comfort. It had been recently renovated, and the bathroom had a new sink unit and a lovely refurbished shower. Our host was friendly and happy to answer our questions.

We stayed overnight on 29/5/26. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was excellent. We'll stay again.
