We had a really good two-night stay in the apartment. The shower pressure was superb, and the modern, well-kept room had a large bed, dining table, small desk, and couch. The little kitchen had everything we needed for a few days, including a fridge, stove, plenty of pans and cutlery, and cleaning products. It's not really within walking distance of town, so having a car is a good idea. You can park right outside the apartment. We'd definitely use it as a base again when travelling this way.

The location and room deserve five stars, but the service needs to improve, especially after hours between 5 and 9 PM. The sofa bed was in terrible shape and not suitable for the kids to sleep on either.

These feel like motel rooms at best, not “studio apartments.” They're tiny and close to noisy highway traffic, and the cups and cutlery weren't clean.

I've stayed in Dubbo several times, and this is by far the best place I've found. The rooms are high quality and the location is excellent. Vicki made the difference with her service, handling the booking and check-in easily and keeping communication clear. I'd recommend staying here if you need somewhere in Dubbo. Thanks, Vicki.

We booked apartments 17, 19 and 20 at the east end studios with a few friends. They were in front of the pergola and sitting area, which worked well because the kids could run around freely. The facilities were amazing, with a great laundry, BBQ, and common area. Booking was easy, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely recommend it to friends and family and stay again ourselves.
