It’s peaceful and has a nice feel, a home away from home if you want a break from the busy town. We booked it for our Ironman race in December. Busselton was about 26 km away, but the place worked perfectly for us. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the appliances. I wanted to book again this year, but the dates were already taken!

We had a wonderful three-day family getaway in unit 9. Everything was modern, clean and working. Peter made booking easy, and gave us clear directions for the house keys and the parking underneath the house.

Aqua21’s location was amazing, a short drive from town and close to beautiful attractions, the beach and wineries. The villa itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry had all the amenities we needed, thoughtfully arranged. The service was excellent from booking through to the end of our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The setting is lovely, and the layout works well for larger families or groups. Our main concern was how unclean it was: the floors were filthy, and pet hair covered the lounge room, including the couch. I noticed when my baby picked up a tuft and put it in her mouth. We emailed the property politely to let them know, since the website said pets weren’t allowed, but got no reply. During a pandemic, I feel the cleaning measures should have been much better.

We were a family of four at unit 2, Cape Villas over the school holidays, and it worked really well for us. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, plus a spa bath. It’s an easy walk into town. Jacqui, the owner, made booking smooth and efficient. We all had a lovely stay :)
