Durras Lake North Holiday Park

We came here to camp over the October long weekend for the first time, and I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The park is clean and well looked after, and everyone working there was really friendly and helpful. The timed, coin-operated shower was an interesting discovery! Thanks for a great stay.

The wildlife was a real highlight: kangaroos, dolphins, wallabies, and more birds than I could count. It was my first camping trip, and I had a fantastic two nights at Durras Lake North Holiday Park. The amenities were clean and nicely spaced out, and the campground store came in handy when I’d forgotten things. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming. There’s heaps to do around here, and I’d happily come back.

We had a great stay on a powered site. The park felt cosy and was very clean, with kangaroos and other animals around. Julia and Andrew were incredibly welcoming and shared lots of useful tips about activities and other things. Do yourself a favour and hire a kayak, it’s great fun.

We spotted so many kangaroos and birds close by, and the campground is really well kept. The beach and lake are both within walking distance. We loved staying here and would’ve added another night if we’d had the time. The man at reception also gave us a fantastic tip for the next part of our journey. Highly recommend!
