Debbie is lovely and clearly takes pride in the motel. The grounds are quiet and well maintained, and my room was clean and comfortable. It’s good value, too. This was my second stay. The location is close to town with easy access from the main road. There’s a parking space for a car with a boat attached, otherwise you can park in front of your room. Highly recommend. 👍

The rooms are a little older, but clean and respectable. Deb was kind and professional when I needed somewhere to put my feet up while my vehicle was having emergency service at Toyota. She checked me in well ahead of time. I appreciated it, thank you.

We were three young girls and left feeling unsafe and unwelcome. We’d accidentally booked for two, but needed a room for three. There was availability, and we were happy to pay a little extra. The lady was going to let us do that, then the male owner came in aggressively and refused. He made snarky comments and was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We don’t recommend this place.

The front desk lady was super nice, but dealing with that Chris guy was such a weird, uncomfortable experience. He demanded more money from us, too. Weird, weird man. He needs to get sober.

The shower and sink were a bit small, but usable, and the town was within a reasonable walk. I also barely heard anyone else, so I slept really well. The bed was comfortable, the TV was ace, and the aircon/heater kept the room at a good temperature. I stayed between Christmas and New Years. You get what you pay for, but I personally love the old-fashioned style! :)
