Coachman's Eden

Our overnight stay was lovely. The room was immaculate, the customer service was fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast was a rare bonus these days. Thank you.

We stayed in the deluxe two bedroom family suite at Coachman's and were very happy with it. It was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the owner was super friendly and shared helpful ideas for visiting Eden. We appreciated the free continental breakfast too. The only issue was the mattresses and pillows in the suite, which seemed old or poor quality and could do with replacing. Otherwise, we can’t fault the place and plan to stay again next time.

Bush fires meant I couldn’t travel after making a non-cancellable booking at Coachman's Eden. I called the hotel, and they promptly agreed to cancel it and arrange a full refund because of the circumstances beyond my control. That kind of top notch service is what brings guests back. I’m very grateful to the management for their goodwill and for hearing me out. The kids missed out on the stay, but I definitely hope to visit the resort next time and thank them in person.

I rarely leave reviews. Last night my first responder team and I were deployed to Eden and stayed at the Coachman Motel. The rooms were modern and spotless, and the owners cooked us an amazing dinner since the local Club wasn’t open. I’d certainly stay again in better weather.
