I got into a stressful situation while leaving Esperance after accidentally putting AdBlue in our diesel. The manager of Comfort Inn Esperance personally drove out and helped drain the tank so we could get back on the road. That kind of care is rare, and I really appreciated it. The front desk team were warm, calm, and genuinely helpful too. The location and view were amazing, and I’d absolutely stay here based on this experience. It’s reassuring to find somewhere that cares about guests beyond the booking. Highly recommended.

The staff were amazing when my husband put the wrong fuel in our car. They came out to help and drained the tank for us. We loved our stay. The view is beautiful, the location is great, and you can walk everywhere. I’d recommend staying here for the staff alone 💕

I’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are a little dated, and I hope they get the budget to update them, but they’re kept VERY clean. Even at this age, there’s none of that funky, stale or mouldy smell some other places have. The new, modern ACs were definitely worth the investment. The crab linguine and garlic bread were fantastic and tasty 😋

I have to push back on the lack of good reviews, because the staff were lovely and Jaimie was so helpful. My room was comfortable and clean, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful deep bath. I can’t fault the stay. Thanks for a great time, I’ll recommend it and come again 😁

My room was just right for a light sleeper like me. I’d asked for somewhere quiet, and the friendly check-in staff chose perfectly, which really set a good tone. The hotel was great, and the location on the foreshore is ideal, just a short stroll from the town centre.
