We had loads of room, and the couches were really comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed, from the stove and fridge to plates, bowls and cutlery, and it was nice to barbecue on the deck. When we needed anything topped up, we contacted them and it was replenished straight away. Getting into the room was a bit confusing because we hadn't seen the email they sent, but we got it sorted. Handy for town, grocery shops and restaurants. We'd stay again.

The townhouse was really comfortable and spacious, spread over two levels, though the interior is a bit dated. We stayed several nights from Jan. 27. It's close to the sea and the paved walking trail. Once we worked out how to reach the staff by email, everything went smoothly.

The apartment and rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. From upstairs there's only a partial coastal view. It's an okay location, with the jetty a short walk away and the town centre, food and groceries a short drive. There isn't a reception, so check your inbox or junk mail for the entry code. Remember to take out the rubbish and empty the bins before checking in.

The esplanade location is great, and our clean, comfortable one-bedroom apartment had a good quality bed. We stayed five nights this month. From the balcony we could only see part of the water. Inside, though, it felt very dated, with cheap, basic crockery and cutlery, and it looked nothing like the website photos. The TV should be replaced with a smart one so streaming apps are available. I don't agree with the website's description of it as 'world class self contained accommodation'. I can't comment on the service because reception was closed while we were there.

The apartments are laid out well and the location is super. Everything seemed to run smoothly, and that helped make our stay great. Inside, though, they're looking very tired and could use a face-lift.
