After driving from Perth, we were made to wait 35 minutes and weren't allowed in 30 minutes early. There were no cleaners there during the wait. So far, it's been a very rude experience, and I'd avoid it. I thought you were in the hospitality business. Thanks for responding.

After spending the day on Esperance's beautiful beaches, this was such a comfortable place to unwind. It’s a lovely home, close to the beach and decorated beautifully.

The house has lots of bedrooms and living areas, and we enjoyed staying there for two nights. The trouble started on the drive home, when the owner messaged to say we’d left it in a terrible state. We’d told them we were bringing dogs and cleaned up after them and ourselves. They then asked for nearly the cost of our stay in cleaning fees, claiming there were torn pillows, muddy footprints inside and dog faeces on the beds. They had no photos to support those claims. It was a lovely place, but the money demand and post-holiday drama weren't worth it.

Very rude and unprofessional. I booked a month ahead and paid the full amount in advance, but after I asked a question, they canceled my booking without my consent. I would not recommend this at all.

A beautiful place, though it really needs air conditioning and more toilets.
