Exmouth Escape Resort

the air con, tv and power felt amazing after days without electricity when narelle hit. i live in Exmouth, so this was a little staycation. The room was smaller than i expected, but on our last morning we found a hidden bathroom off the main bedroom. Sadly it was so early i only got to use it once. anyway, bye. service gets a zero from me because i didn’t have room service.

The place looked very well cared for even after the recent cyclone, and the staff were helpful without being in the way. We were comfortable, and the accommodation had plenty of equipment. The pool was nice. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, though it looked good and was usually busy. The only small downside was hire cars being cleaned on site. It wasn’t a big deal. A good base for exploring Ningaloo reef.

For six weeks, my elderly disabled Mother and I stayed in a two bedroom villa at Exmouth Escape after our house was destroyed in cyclone Narelle. The villa was nicely decorated and fully equipped, and we didn’t need anything else. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, and left it immaculate. What made the difficult situation easier was how kind and helpful everyone was. The staff, including management, went above and beyond throughout our stay. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you to ALL staff. We’d highly recommend this resort, AAA+.

We had a booking mix-up that was my fault, as I hadn’t realised I needed to change rooms on a day I’d gone on a tour. The hotel was understanding and worked with us to sort it out. The staff also saved our family holiday when our next night’s accommodation suddenly cancelled and they found room for us for an extra night. Our two bedroom unit was modern, clean and well equipped, and the facilities were better than we expected. We enjoyed drinks by the pool and ate at Whalers two nights running. The staff and service were excellent. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
