The beds were comfortable, but that was the only good part of the room. Dust lined the carpet edges, the bathroom was disgusting, and later in the evening we had to ask for insect repellent because tiny insects were flying around. I phoned half an hour before we arrived to check availability and was quoted $148 for a king bed and single for two people. When we got there, we were told that room was gone and offered another just like it for $160. Garry had quoted the first price and said he'd hold the room until we arrived, but his wife was at reception and he was nowhere in sight. We won't go back.

My sister was staying there too. They got locked out of their room, had to switch rooms multiple times, and found old socks and rotten food left behind. Our own room was much the same. It smelled, had mould and dust, and looked like the floors, walls, and everything else hadn't been cleaned for ages. Our children's feet and ours went black from the carpet. There were stains on the carpet, chairs, and walls. We arrived at 7pm, waited until people came back so my sister could get a new key, and left by 8:30pm. I'd never stay again.

The bathroom was full of mould, and the shower was gross, with other people's hair in it. There wasn't a hand towel or shower mat, so we had to use one of our towels on the floor. There was only one face washer for three of us, and it was visibly dirty. Getting in didn't start well either. We had to call and wait for someone to let us into reception. An overflowing bin of dirty linen was right by the entrance, and the area smelled bad. In the room, one bed's bottom sheet had blood on it, rubbish was beside the bed, and the room smelled disgusting. The floor was black with sticky dirt, so I wore socks to keep my feet clean, but my child got dirty after ten minutes. Utterly appalling. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was noisy and unclean, with handprints and dirt marks on the walls and doors. The cupboard doors and basin were hanging off, and the soap holder was broken. A cigarette above the mirror was still there from check-in through the whole week. The online photos don't represent the rooms. Stay somewhere else.
