Quest Dubbo Serviced Apartments

I've stayed at Quest Dubbo twice now and had a great experience both times. It's a solid four-star place for the price, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, underground parking and friendly counter staff. The CBD location makes it easy to get around on foot, and the service went beyond what I expected. Just keep in mind it's a good basic four-star hotel, not a five-star stay. There's no minibar.

The rooms are so quiet that I got some of my best nights of sleep here. They’re lovely, with very comfortable bedding, a private veranda, a kitchen and the facilities you need. The location is a real plus too, with pubs, places to eat and an Indian restobar right across the road. For a pleasant stay in Dubbo, this is the place I’d pick.

The location made it easy to get around town, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed to relax comfortably. I’d happily return to Quest Dubbo, whether I was in town for work or leisure.

I stayed in room 311b. The staff were excellent and clearly doing their best, but the facilities let the stay down badly. After a six-hour drive from Sydney, I found the car park full on my first night. Housekeeping had also left chips and dip in a kitchen drawer, which made me wonder what else had been missed. The bathroom exhaust fan kept whirring for five minutes after being switched off, loud enough to risk waking the family if you got up at 2am. The side table was wobbly, an easy thing to replace. And neither EV charger is a Tesla charger. One of those two non-Tesla chargers was padlocked, so it couldn't even be used as a parking spot. Very disappointing. I won't be back.
