Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The motel manager yelled at children and adults and pointed his finger at them. Our touch football association booked the whole motel, then he put unrealistic rules and regulations on us over every little thing. Rooms were serviced whenever they felt like it, and even then all they did was replace towels and empty the bins. They didn’t make beds or clean floors and dishes. I’ll never stay here again.

For our first motel stay, this was luckily a good experience. We felt at home, and they’d done a great job making sure everything we needed was there. The staff member who cleaned the floor for us was wonderful. After all the rain, the floors got really dirty while we were there for two days. I also think they should clean properly under the furniture at least once a week, since a big one kept going underneath it and I ended up killing it the next day.

A modern, quiet and spacious room, very clean and well presented. We were very happy with the stay. They’d thought of everything, from the lovely linen to all the essentials.

We had a great night here and will be back. The owners and managers gave us such a friendly welcome. Our Queen before room was spacious, clean and tidy, and we loved the electric blankets. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with excellent pressure. Nice to see no single use soap, and we appreciated the recycling bin too. Thanks for the lovely stay.
