We travelled with a Seniors Group for two weeks in each of two consecutive years, and couldn't have asked for better service. The Receptionist was especially attentive and caring. Staff were friendly and professional, and the generous meals were always served hot and appreciated by everyone. The coach drivers on the local day trips included in the package were knowledgeable and capable. After ten years of group travel, this was the best value and hospitality we've had. Thanks, team!

We were there for ten days, and the pool was cleaned only once. There's no stovetop or microwave, and you can eat there if they have yours going. Otherwise, you have to eat out. We bought a hot plate so we could cook. The so-called kitchen is the smallest I've ever seen. Still, the price we paid was definitely worth it. If you want all the accessories, they're not there, but for the cost it's well worth it. The shower was excellent too. My partner and I would go back.

Coming back around 10 each night after being out since 9 in the morning, we found the room just as messy as we'd left it. Nobody cleaned it or washed the dishes during our 3 days and 4 nights there. We were on holiday, and choosing this motel was a big mistake. I wouldn't recommend it.

My parents and family had stayed here for years and used to have good experiences, but after this visit they're looking elsewhere. The shower didn't work, there was no kettle, and they were charged twice at checkout. The owner wouldn't listen and seemed focused only on getting the money. Sorting the double charge through the bank took three months of hassle, when it could have been fixed right there.
