Santana Resort

The location is handy, with lots nearby and the city very close. The tram is easy to use and most things are within walking distance. The room, though, was rough. Room 10 was disgusting, with smelly floors, patchy walls, a dirty bathroom and backyard. The couch was worn out, and the plates were dirty. The owners should replace the furniture. The service was sweet and really good, though there was a bit of lying. I couldn’t blame her.

Pretty clean, and there was a sofa bed too. I had a decent stay and have already recommended it to a couple of people. Just know there’s no lift, so getting around may not be very accessible.

We’re completely dissatisfied. The place was filthy, rotten and disgusting, as the photos show. They also charged an extra $50 for the child without warning us. We checked, and there was no notice. They charged us a $200 security deposit without telling us about that either. We feel robbed and harmed by this, and plan to take the case to a lawyer.

We booked for two adults and two kids, but somehow the booking was made for two adults and one child. I messaged and got no reply. On arrival they charged $189 for the other child, but didn’t provide a bed. I had to pull out the living room sofa bed, and it was so uncomfortable my child couldn’t lie down. We used their dusty, dirty blankets to make it a little better, and my daughter got sick from the dust. The receptionist was so rude that we didn’t bother talking to her. Never staying there again, not even for one night. The apartment was extremely filthy. We booked it for the kitchen, but the oven and toaster were horribly dirty. The utensils looked like they’d come from Facebook Marketplace, so I had to buy a pan and pot to cook. The building smelled awful, and the so-called games room had nothing to do except get bitten by mozzies.
