Manera Heights Apartments

The staff were so friendly, and even though I arrived late at night, they got back to my request quickly and kindly. The rooms were tidy and the surroundings comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!

I spent four months in the apartments and would happily recommend them to singles, couples or families. The place is quiet and easy to use, in a great location, with clean rooms and excellent amenities. Service was top notch, and nothing seemed like a problem. The staff were friendly, polite, and always happy to chat or suggest places to visit and eat.

We had stayed twice before, and the first three night stay was okay, though checkout communication was confusing. We were told 2pm, then the acting manager said checkout is always 10am and never later than 2pm. With two little kids, they let us stay until noon after that. On our second visit, two nights, checkout was again 10am. We extended by half a day and paid $195. We had a cancer patient in Dubbo hospital, and Manera staff were not considerate or professional. They could have buzzed or knocked to let me know, but didn’t. Earlier today I explained to the woman that our patient was still in hospital and asked if she could still give us the $215 discount. She rudely said no because we had overstayed, even though we had paid $195 for the extra time. $215 for one discounted night versus $195 for half a day. Their attitude was simply horrible, and the stay wasn’t worth it. We were repeat clients and should have been taken care of properly. Some of the staff are unprofessional.

We were a family of five for five nights, and the service was great from when we picked up our apartment key. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. After two days the washing machine broke. We told the manager, and a brand new one was delivered the next day, which impressed me. The staff are very friendly, and the apartment has almost everything you need. The shopping centre is about a five minute drive away. Thanks for a great stay and for the experience in your lovely town. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
