A nice spot with dorms that work well for families or friends. The views are lovely, and Halley's comet, the mountain’s fastest chair lift, is an easy walk away.

Really helpful people and a great price, even without an epic pass. It’s close to the main chairlift, and most of the time there’s no need to queue. A great place to rent skis.

Halleys Lodge is exceptionally close to the main lift at Falls Creek, and guests can hire skis right in the building. The family took the lodge back over in 2019. It’s a warm, family-friendly place that feels like home, with a lovely chance to meet people and make lasting family friendships. The lounge carpets have been replaced and the room repainted. Food is home cooked, the staff are friendly and ready to help, and the rooms are warm and clean, if a little old, but tidy. Would highly recommend.

Jodi, Colin and the rest of the team made our young family feel right at home during our recent couple of nights at Halley’s Lodge. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms lovely. It was the perfect setup for us, and we have no hesitation recommending the lodge. Thanks for making the stay so memorable.
