Our one-bedroom apartment was modern, quiet, and had a sofa bed as well. The kitchen appliances we needed were stocked, and reception gave us a useful information pack. It had a great ocean view, including sunrises. Woolies was within walking distance, and the marina and waterfront weren’t too far on foot. Lots of places to eat nearby.

We had a clean, basic two-bedroom unit, room-51, at the back of the main entrance carpark. The Wi-Fi and smart TVs were good, and it was nice and quiet. The bathroom windows were locked shut. There was air-conditioning, as advertised, but only in the long lounge, dining and kitchen room, not in either bedroom. There weren’t any fans either, which was a problem on warm, still nights.

Apartment 51, the blue kitchen one in the photos, was very clean, comfortable, and set up with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were at opposite ends, which gave us great privacy. We just loved staying there. It’s also in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the beach. The one thing we didn’t like was the strict 10am SHARP checkout. We were 20 minutes late, and reception told us someone else was checking in at 12 midday. Who gets to check in that early? We certainly never do. Most places give you 20-30 minutes of grace at checkout, so we were surprised by their attitude.

The outdoor BBQ was great to use, and we enjoyed the walk to the local beach. There was no traffic noise, and we’ll definitely visit again. On arrival, the reception member was friendly, and both rooms were clean and tidy.

The location was great, the rooms were good, and the staff were really helpful. The bedroom was uncomfortable in summer, though, since the only air conditioning was in the living room and there wasn't even a fan in the bedroom.
