The staff were responsive and helpful, but we had some real frustrations staying in Massionette 3. It felt smaller than the photos, though the layout was reasonably good, and basic things like soap, dishwashing salt, and pepper weren’t provided. The weather was awful, so we were stuck indoors with nine people for several days. The TV mostly had no reception, and the chalet’s router seemed not to work. We couldn’t access it, and staff seemed unsure whether guests could log in, even though a username and password were on the fridge. No internet or TV was especially hard on the young children, though the adults managed.
