St Falls Resort

Kate and her team were helpful with every request, and the service was excellent. The apartment was sparkling clean on arrival and very comfortable. We had a great New Year at St Falls, especially enjoying the spa after hiking, the gym, and being close to parking and the supermarket. We’ll definitely return.

I cancelled my reservation with ST Falls Hotel more than two months ago and have been trying to get my money back ever since. I emailed twice, called twice, and visited in person last week. The manager said the refund would be processed right away, but 60 days later I still have no money, confirmation, or follow-up. This is unacceptable and, to me, shows a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. Under Australian Consumer Law, I’m entitled to a prompt refund. Having to keep chasing money that’s legally mine is incredibly frustrating, and I believe the delay is a breach of consumer protection laws. If you value your money and time, don’t book here. I’ll be reporting this to the ACCC and relevant authorities.

The hot tub was a lovely way to unwind after skiing, and getting around was easy thanks to the location, especially for ski school dropoff. We also got upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which was a nice surprise. The staff were really helpful.

Jerry in customer service made our stay at St. Falls Resort especially memorable. He was warm, attentive, and went out of his way to help from the moment we arrived, making everything feel smooth and enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful, but the thoughtful service really stood out. Highly recommend, and a special thanks to Jerry.
