The Quarters, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We loved spending the afternoon relaxing by the pool, and the beds were super comfortable. Our room was a good size, simply decorated with a fresh beach feel, and had everything we needed. This boutique motel was just what we were looking for and then some. It's a lovely place in a good location and great value. We'd thoroughly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We booked a King Deluxe room and asked for lower ground, staying as a family of three with our four year old son. The room had a comfortable bed, a working fan and AC, a clean fridge that kept our drinks cold, and a clean microwave. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided in an eco friendly style. We liked that the sliding door opened to the garden and pool, which our son enjoyed. The pool was clean, though not heated. Parking was right in front of our door, and check in and check out were quick. There's a restaurant and cafe nearby, plus a bakery and small grocery behind the motel. We tried the restaurant and recommend it. The price was good. The main issue was cleanliness. From a distance the room looked clean, but the floors were extremely dirty and we had to wear slippers. Dust had built up on the wall frames, and the bathroom floor was starting to get mould. The bedding didn't have a clean smell. The mesh on the sliding door was broken, though we just kept the glass door shut and it wasn't a big deal. For what we paid, it wasn't a bad stay. I would've rated it four or five if the floors hadn't been so dirty and the decorations hadn't been so dusty. I'd consider staying again.

It was peaceful in the room even though the motel is right on the Central Coast Highway. The location was excellent, with a bus stop and small convenience store right nearby. My room was clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the mini-fridge was a nice touch. I loved every minute here and can't wait to return!

The on-site café and restaurant made it easy to get coffee and meals without going far. The restaurant is open during Pacific hours/days. We also loved the pool and Jacuzzi, especially as a family, and found them perfect for unwinding after a day out. Quarters Boutique Motel has a friendly, family feel, and the rooms were luxurious, beautifully set up for our arrival, super clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and made us feel genuinely welcome. Great atmosphere and comfort for the value. We'd absolutely recommend it to families or anyone after a calm, comfortable stay. We'll be back!
