The owner was exceptionally helpful, and the cleaning staff clearly care about keeping things clean. The motel is right in town, with everything close by. Rooms are spacious, with different layouts including options for guests with disabilities, and there’s a shared area or small outdoor tables. Some rooms are still being upgraded, but they were clean, and the beds were comfortable. You can order a hot breakfast from the manager the night before. There’s off-street parking, though with 21 rooms and only 19 spaces, a few guests have to park on the adjoining property. I’ve stayed in motels around the world, and by a three-star standard, this one compares well with others of the same level.

It was quiet at night despite the handy location, and parking right by the door made things easy. Our room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the Wi-Fi stayed reliable. Check-in was friendly and quick, and the service felt genuinely warm. Great value too. Thanks to the manager/reception lady for being so helpful and awesome. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

We ate in the dining room both nights and had the small steak, which was tender and didn’t disappoint. It gets busy, so booking is a good idea. Breakfast is available too, with plenty of tea and coffee. The room was basic, but that suited the price, and it was clean and nice. Lots of power points, which you don’t often get, and having a sink outside the bathroom as well as one inside was handy with more than one person. Call the hotel directly and you might get a deal. Christy at reception gave us such a warm welcome and made sure we were cosy and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is great, close to all the shops. A great place to stay, definitely recommend it. We’ll be back for another visit. Five stars from me.

I was there for about two weeks, and it was easy to walk to the shopping center, restaurants, and a petrol station. The room was tidy and clean, and service was good. The only real hassle was having to ask for the Wi-Fi password every two or three days. My own network didn’t work in the room either.
