The owners were lovely and very friendly, and there was plenty of guest parking. They made me feel welcome. The location was excellent for getting around, especially to the Hospital. Our room was comfortable and clean, with fresh sheets, bed linen and towels, which we appreciated. A few dated things could use maintenance or an update, and there was a slight smell of smoke from guests smoking outside the rooms.

I’m enjoying my stay here. The owner is honest and just lovely, worth staying for on his own. He went out of his way for me.

The location is quiet and feels safe, and the staff were helpful. Great customer service, they handled all my requests without any fuss.

The rooms were disgusting, with dirty linen on the beds and coffee sachets that expired in 2010. This shouldn’t be listed as a motel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here several times, and Bob and Penny have always made me feel welcome, safe and well looked after. Bob takes the time to get to know his guests and really cares. He’s lovely to chat with. The rooms are clean, organised and have everything you need. The family room has had some renovations, and the bathroom shower is absolutely perfect. Lots of love to you both, and thank you, Bob and Penny.
