The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, and the price was good. But the room was disgusting and dirty, so I don’t understand the great reviews. There were large stains on the carpet and curtains, and the double bed had a huge dip in the middle. I pulled the sheets back too far by accident and saw a stained mattress. It was far from comfortable. The linen on one single bed looked like it had a burn mark, and there were little bugs all through the room. The sofa bed was full of bugs too when opened. The shower was average and the towels were already wet. I tried to check out at 8 sharp, but nobody was available. The rooms need serious updating. Maybe they just haven’t got around to the family rooms. Carpet, refinish and paint, and fixture upgrades would go a long way. It might have been banging in the 90s, but it needs a good upgrade now.

Our room was upgraded for free to fit our family, and the location is very central to Geelong beaches. Great value for money, 10/10. Amazing staff and a great experience. We look forward to coming back!

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the kids were happy settling into the spacious family room. There was definitely enough room for two adults and three children, and the beds were comfy. The motel is in a lovely central spot, walking distance to Kmart 24hours and Coles, with McDonald's across the road and several pubs nearby. We’d be happy to come back soon.

This is our second stay, and the rooms have always been clean. Great location and lovely, friendly staff. The woman on tonight asked what brought us here, and we had a proper chat. She made us feel very welcome and upgraded us to the bigger family two-room unit. A blessing for my bestie, since she won’t have to hear me snore 🤣

Really good value. The motel was great, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and happy to be flexible.
