The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very safe. The managers greeted us with smiles and banter, and having the marketplace across the road was super convenient. This was our first night away with our 7 month old, and our short but sweet overnight stay got our Tasmania holiday off to a great start. We left too early to say thanks, but the key drop box was easy to find.

I called to add a night before my original booking. They couldn't match the discounted rate for the original night, but did their best and gave me the room for 2 nights. The rooms were lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. I left my watch charger behind, and they ran downstairs to bring it to me. Lovely hosts and great service.

It ticked all the boxes: friendly, helpful staff, a clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of space, a lovely view, and it was quiet and affordable. There's a small shopping complex across the road. I don't have anything negative to say. My hubbie forgot to return the key, but after I called there was no problem, and I arranged to post it back once we got home. We stayed before boarding the Spirit of Tasmania. I'd highly recommend it and will definitely stay again if I'm in the Geelong area.

The room had a lovely view and plenty of space, and the shower pressure was great. Everything was super neat and tidy, just like the photos, and the staff were welcoming and as flexible as they could be. There’s undercover and outdoor parking too. The pool only opens in summer and isn’t heated, but that didn’t bother us much. I’d definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

We had a comfortable stopover before catching the Spirit of Tasmania the next day. The beds were comfy, the room was immaculate, and the customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend it.
