We spent an unforgettable 6 weeks at the hotel. The front desk staff, Ren and Yuna, welcomed us right away, and their friendly smiles and helpful attitude each day made us feel at home. Special thanks to manager Erin, who went above and beyond to arrange the best room and services for us. We highly recommend staying here for a stopover or holiday.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, and the waterfront location beside a major shopping centre was great. I got a good rate and complimentary parking by booking direct. I spent 3 nights in a spacious, clean, nicely furnished studio, with a view over the park and glimpses of the bay. Two things bothered me: the bed and pillows were hard, and the room had two doors, the first opening to a small lobby shared with the neighbouring room. The chap next door was a workman, and every morning at 5.30am he was noisy, banging the doors as he left. Next time I'll book a room without an adjoining door.

The apartment was spotless, perfectly arranged and had everything we needed. I absolutely loved our stay. Ren was incredibly sweet and kind.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel was clean and close to both Westfield mall and the Waterfront. I stayed for four nights. One small heads-up: the room is a good size, but there's just one small trash bin, in the toilet, which felt kinda weird. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren't provided either.

We spent three nights in the one-bedroom apartment. It felt homely, was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. On-site parking was easy to access, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location. Thanks so much for having us.
