At the front desk, we didn’t feel welcomed or treated professionally. The staff seemed short on warmth and attention, and even basic friendly communication or a willingness to help was missing. We left feeling like an inconvenience instead of valued guests, which made the stay disappointing.

I wouldn’t stay again. It didn’t feel worth the money, especially with the air conditioning barely moving any air even on its highest setting. The front desk’s suggestion was to open the window. The room itself was a decent size but very dated. There wasn’t a microwave, and the lighting was so poor, with no central light and lamps that didn’t really brighten things up. After dark I couldn’t see my keyboard, which isn’t backlit. The towels were old, small and thin, and the minibar was only replenished every third or fourth day. I also got no help with our luggage, even though I had a broken ankle and my mother is 87. We stayed over New Year’s 2025.

The rooms were dusty and didn’t seem properly cleaned, which was below the standard I expected given the place’s reputation. The bigger disappointment, though, was management’s dismissive, unprofessional attitude when we needed help. Hospitality makes a real difference, and it was lacking here. The stay fell well short of expectations.

I used the gym for an hour and found it really clean, with a TV in front of the treadmill to watch while exercising. The diner waiter was friendly and got me a cup of water straight away. The pool looked clean and well kept, though I didn’t use it. Our room was clean and maintained well, with comfortable beds, fresh towels, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. There’s free Wi-Fi too.
