I've been back to this hotel many times and have always had a great experience. I sleep well on the excellent beds and mattresses, and the rooms are consistently fresh, clean and comfortable. Amber, Peta, Emma and the rest of the team are always welcoming, friendly and professional. It's great value for money and one of the best places to stay in Geraldton. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I stay here repeatedly for work, and each time the room has been clean and fresh. The bed and mattress are among the best in Geraldton. Breakfast is simple but good enough to get the day started, and it's great value for money.

The room and bathroom were very clean and good. The staff were polite and friendly, and the included continental breakfast was great. The car park now has about 10 security cameras covering it.

Our car was broken into while it was parked at the property, and valuable belongings, including sentimental items we can't replace, were stolen. It ruined the whole trip. My AirPods were still trackable through Apple's Find My feature, but even with a clear location there was no practical way to get them back. The hotel only told us to contact the police ourselves. When we told the front desk, staff acted as though this was routine and showed no urgency, care or sense of responsibility. We were told the security cameras had captured the thief's vehicle, but the hotel said it couldn't help recover our belongings. The lack of security, assistance and empathy was unacceptable. I strongly advise travellers against staying here, especially if safety and peace of mind matter to you.
