The room had enough space for my animals and for my bub to toddle around in her walker while we were passing through, and the beds were comfortable. There’s a good patch of space for dogs to run, though a couple of gated areas would make it much easier. Mine are friendly but get overexcited around other dogs, so after a 12-hour drive it would’ve been great to let them stretch their legs without worrying about other people. The service was great and I was impressed for the price. I’d stop here again and recommend it.

We had a good stay and would come back. The owner was friendly and helpful once we got past a bit of a language barrier. The bathroom smelled as if there could be a plumbing problem, though. The motel is away from the main part of town, but reception sold cold drinks and the Sporties club right next door served Chinese food. Our room was a decent size with more furniture than you often get, and we could park right outside the door, well back from the main road. The pool was shaded and well kept, but people were smoking in it around children, so signs asking guests not to smoke would have been welcome.

Small, basic rooms, but the bed was comfortable and there was a smart TV. Everything was super clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was great. Very well priced, and pet friendly too. I’d stay again.

The buildings are older, but the main rooms have been modernised and were very clean. We came twice, once in mid January with two medium to large dogs and again in late November with a trailer. The owners were lovely to deal with on both visits, very friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend the motel.

A small motel just as we expected, and the dog friendly room was a bonus. Check-in was easy, the room was clean and the shower was good. Handy spot on the way to broken hill.
