A real gem of a budget motel. It’s close to shops and cafes, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was small but had what we needed, including a really comfortable bed. It was scrupulously clean.

The bed was easily the most comfortable one I’ve slept in at a motel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although the room decor was a bit dated, it was immaculately clean. We had a fantastic two-night stay, with local shops and cafes close by.

You can walk into town for groceries or a meal, though it’s a reasonable distance. The rooms are modest but spotless, and the beds are comfortable. There’s a microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery for making simple meals. The air conditioning kept the room warm, and the shower was hot, though the pressure dropped over time. Staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Clean, reasonably priced, and recommended.
