David, the manager, was helpful and worked around what we needed. He made the stay pleasant, and the cleaners were friendly and helpful as well. It’s easy to get to shopping centres, and there’s something nearby for both kids and adults, from a park to a night out. Thanks to David and the staff. I’d recommend staying here.

I’ve been here over a month and the basics still aren’t working properly. The drains are blocked, some lights don’t work, there are no bins, the Wi-Fi is absent and the vacuum cleaner doesn’t work. There are cigarette burns in the carpet, and the air conditioner filter hasn’t been cleaned. Across the road, people I’d describe as local scum do burnouts in the street and parking lot. I work night shift, and the blinds do block out the night when I’m trying to sleep, but they’re no use for keeping daylight out. What’s the point of having them?

We had a clean, comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a living area and a roomy kitchen. Everything we needed was already there. Thanks, David and Penny.

David, the manager, was especially helpful. It’s a handy place to stay when you’re coming from or heading to Heron Island. The ferry is a relaxed 20-minute walk away, and the main street for a meal is easy to reach too.

David was really friendly when we checked in, and the apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, probably more. We were only able to stay one night because of work, but would have happily stayed longer and plan to return. It’s central for dining and everything else. We also checked out the new East Foreshores and the restaurants and cafes along that area and in town, definitely worth seeing.
