Getting in and out was simple, and the communication before our stay was good. The apartment was clean and adequate, with a kettle, instant coffee and tea, plus milk in the fridge, though there was no coffee machine. The bedroom air conditioners rattled loudly, which got frustrating. The TV wasn’t smart, so streaming wasn’t possible, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out. I texted about the connection during our stay but didn’t get a reply.

We had to change rooms after the first one flooded, and also had to move the car parking. The next room had water leaking from the washing machine too. The place needs a major overhaul. Showers leak onto the bathroom floor, the carpet is worn and dirty, and the doors into the website bathroom don’t close properly, so there’s no proper privacy.

I’d read some reviews and was a little worried, but I ended up enjoying our short stay a lot. The room was amazing and had everything we needed, and the resort was clean and tidy. Sparrows had made a nest on the pipes by the verandah, and I liked watching them come and go. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was tidy and clean, thanks. The air conditioner above the entrance didn’t seem powerful enough for the size of the room, and it beeped once a minute throughout our stay.

Customer service was outstanding, and our room was neat and clean. The wardrobe doors were really stiff, but everything else was good. We’ll be back, thanks. Johno & Adele.
