Charlesworth On The Park

We’re staying here for the week and we’re both happy with it. It’s nice and very clean, and the bed is comfortable. There’s even a spa, which was really nice after a long day. Definitely come and stay at glan innes.

We left a day early after a terrible stay, but they refused to refund us for the two days we didn’t use. I was also disappointed that we got a different room from the one I booked. The pictures didn’t show how exposed this room would be. It was tiny, by the office, and the door opened straight onto the street, with no privacy. We couldn’t leave it open for airflow because everyone could see inside, and we could hear people walking upstairs. It felt like sitting in the street. I was told the rooms were decorated differently, which wasn’t my concern. At least they could have refunded a night. I called and spoke to a man who said he was the night manager. He was rude and condescending, and left a note for staff not to refund us. I’d never stayed somewhere worse. Don’t pay in advance. Big mistake.

We’ve just arrived in our studio and, wow, this place is lovely compared with any of the motels on the main strip. The prices are reasonable compared with anything in Glen Innes, and I’m very impressed and happy. I’ll never stay anywhere else. You can’t go wrong here.

The family room really surprised all of us. It has beautiful high ceilings and everything we could need, plus more. The service was amazing and the location lovely. We’ll certainly come back next time we visit Glen Innes.
