Mobile reception was good, and there were DVDs to choose from in the lounge. Tea and coffee were supplied, along with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bubble bath. It’s a peaceful spot, with both a heat pump and wood heater to keep things cosy whatever the weather.

The photos online didn’t capture how beautiful the place really is. We loved the quiet surroundings and stunning views, and the thoughtful decor gave it a lovely intimate feel. It made for a magical romantic break, and I’d recommend it to couples looking for a getaway with gorgeous scenery.

The valley and hill views are lovely, and the town has what you need within about a 20-minute radius. The place was well maintained, with lots of nice little touches. We could watch a movie in the spa or by the fireplace, which came with plenty of wood, and there was AC too. It’s set up well for two, with a fully equipped kitchen, spa bath, and multiple TVs with stereos. A great couple’s getaway.

The house is tucked away on a hill, so it felt really private, and the views were incredible. The hot tub was plenty big for the two of us, and the stargazing was brilliant. Check-in was easy, and the owners were friendly and helpful. We stayed just one night for my partner’s birthday and had a great time. Getting in was fine in our older campervan, just take it slowly on the dirt and gravel track. Thanks so much.

We absolutely loved this secluded place as part of our honeymoon. The design and outlook were gorgeous, and everything was immaculately presented and well appointed. There’s an open fire and a spa with a fantastic view. It’s out of the way, so you do need to drive for provisions, but that’s part of the appeal.
