Bayview Bay Apartments & Marina

The facilities were great, and the manager was very helpful. It felt more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and it's not far from the theme parks. We really enjoyed our recent stay. The apartment was fantastic, and so close to the beach and shopping centre.

The rooms were full of dust around the ceiling fans, blinds, lamps, and elsewhere. Even the bathroom vents were dusty, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The aircon was too filthy for us to use. I didn't make the booking, my partner did, but I'd never stay in this filthy, horrendous place again. Hire proper cleaners, blimin amateurs.

The staff were really nice, and the grounds are well kept. The pool area is gorgeous, and the little cove the building overlooks has a lovely atmosphere. Our unit was large with a good view, but it was filthy, with sticky surfaces and grubby walls. It's a shame, because the place could be nice. For now, I'll stick with Bayview Waters down the road. I booked here by mistake because I thought it was Bayview Waters Apartments, where I usually stay.

This place was disgusting. The fridge wasn't plugged in, so all our food and drinks went warm, and there was no room at all. The plates were shoved everywhere, the sheets looked outdated, and everything felt just shoved in. Floors were sticky, dust was piled up, and there were hairs and pubes all over both bathrooms, including in the shower. We even found someone else's underwear in the wardrobe, clearly left by the previous guests. It had not been cleaned properly.
