Staff were really helpful and friendly, and the beach is just a block away with shops nearby. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out but could use a refresh, especially things like the mouldy grout. Parking is a nightmare, the car park is poorly designed and cramped, and some spaces are filled with stuff that shouldn’t be there.

A good family resort in the quieter part of the Gold Coast, in Coolangatta. There are two pools, one on the roof and one on the first floor, along with a pickle ball tennis court. They also have things like boogyboards and bikes available, and plenty of activities for guests.

These are great holiday apartments for families. The rooms are roomy and well equipped, with good views and facilities. Close to the beach, and there are pools, a spa, little tennis courts and a games room. The standard has stayed up for four decades.

We loved the jacuzzi in the unit, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Jake drove us from Beachcomber to Beach House, and we’re so grateful.

Lovely place in a perfect spot, and I can’t fault it. If you can get a room on an upper floor, the sea views are great.
