The receptionist was so lovely and helpful, even though we didn’t catch her name. The apartment was one of the better places we’ve stayed on the east coast. Our two-bedroom was really large, with a balcony, good air conditioning, and a nice pool. The gym was small but okay. The tram is only a few minutes’ walk away, so it’s easy to get around. Would recommend.

The facilities are a bit run down and could do with a good clean and a facelift, but all in all it’s a wonderful place to stay. The location is the big draw: two minutes on foot to the beach, and 15-20 minutes either way to the heart of Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise.

We were upgraded when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. My husband, daughter, and I stayed six nights in a two-bedroom apartment on the 21st level, and loved it. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, with amazing views and very comfortable beds. The secure parking felt safe, and the reception staff were lovely and helpful. The complex is very close to the beach and, in my opinion, within walking distance of both Surfers and Broadbeach. It was extremely reasonably priced, and we’d definitely stay again.
