Turtle Beach staff did everything they could to help us, and Susy and the rest of the team finally found us a room. They were amazing. My wife was almost in tears at the entrance, and our two young children had no idea what was going on. Book directly with Turtle Beach and save yourself this heartache. I can't speak highly enough of them. We'd booked in November, then the apartment was sold in December. Nobody called to tell us the booking was cancelled. The only email went into my Junk folder. Even after I paid the balance in January and emailed to confirm, nobody told us the reservation had been cancelled. We turned up on the confirmed date and time, and were rudely told we'd just shown up randomly. They blamed me for them selling the apartment. I even received emails with other holidaymakers' contact details, where Nicky kept blaming me. Nicky said that, despite the deposit confirmation and my email when I paid the balance, I should have checked a third time. I've booked plenty of times and never had to reconfirm twice, let alone four times. Stay away from Blue sky. I've never been spoken to like that. Don't risk your family's happiness with them.
