It felt like a home away from home from the first day. The unit is spotless, very well maintained, spacious and full of natural light, with a nice balcony, full kitchen and laundry. I got so comfortable and cosy that I extended my stay several times. Eric and Nikki are wonderful, warm and welcoming, and always quick to respond. You can feel how much this family owned property cares about its guests and takes pride in every detail. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, with Commune Cafe and Light Years around the corner. It’s also an easy, beautiful walk along the esplanade to James Street. I felt very safe in the area and often walked alone at night. Part of me wants to keep the place a little secret so it doesn’t get overbooked, but this lovely family deserves all its success. I highly recommend it.

Eric and his family were really lovely. My partner and I had a great seven-night stay, with the beach just nearby and supermarkets and places to eat close too. We’d happily come back.

The apartment was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, and I loved having a balcony for coffee in the morning with a view. Eric and Nikki were helpful with everything and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. The beach is right there, with plenty of places to go out nearby, and Miami centre with Cole's and a chemist is down the road. It felt like home, so I’m coming back next week. I come to Aus every year and this is where I’ll stay each time 😍

The pool and BBQ area were well kept, and the apartments are roomy, clean and equipped for either a short visit or a longer stay. Many have lovely ocean views too. You’re only steps from the beach, with restaurants and cafes on the Lower Gold Coast Highway about a 100m-2min walk away. Burleigh Heads cafes, restaurants and surf club are an easy 1km-15min stroll. The managers were friendly, check-in was smooth, and everything went easily. A comfortable, convenient place for a relaxing Gold Coast getaway. I’d gladly return.

The pool and spa were nice, and the older-style apartment had what we needed. The spot along Burliegh Beach is great, though the area was busy and noisy while construction was going on right next door. You could hear people in the stairwell and in units as you walked past. There were bits of glass on the rug and under the couch, so the cleaning didn’t feel careful. We also found a big huntsman spider in the lounge above the air con. The toilet clogged easily, then I was charged the full service fee and found the response rude. Someone also took my car park for a couple of nights.
