Circle on Cavill - Private Apartments

The apartment had the essentials for a trip, including spoons, pans, and cups, and the Woolworths downstairs had anything else we needed. The air conditioning and facilities worked well, and there's a gym and pool guests can use. Circle on Cavill Apartments is well placed between the beach and the city. One thing to know: reception isn't in the same place as the apartments. You get to it through the Coles parking space. It was confusing at first, but easy to figure out.

Even with rain almost every day, I kept wishing I could stay longer. I was there alone this time, though I'd love to return with someone special. I chose the place because having no carpet was my main requirement, and stayed almost a week. The apartment was spacious, with a fantastic layout and a beautiful sky view from the bathroom. The scenery was breathtaking, and I never got tired of seeing the same view each day. I especially loved looking out from the kitchen while making colorful meals. The kitchen had all the dishes, cups, and utensils I needed. Everything made it feel like a dream vacation. Check-in and check-out were in different locations, which was a little inconvenient at first, but they were close together, so it wasn't a problem.

The rooms have amazing views, but that doesn't make up for the lifts. With only 2 working in a 42 floor building, one service lift and one main lift, we waited 10-15 minutes whenever we wanted to go to the pool, downstairs, or upstairs. One was full and sometimes didn't stop at our floor. We even waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a lift. Customer service was absolutely disgusting, with no manners and terrible service. DONT STAY HERE.

The room on level 17 was spacious, had everything we needed, and gave us awesome views of the Nerang River. The apartment decor was stylish and the bed was comfy. Woolworths is downstairs, about 20 meters from the door, and Cavill Avenue tran station and the popular, busy Cavill Avenue are both a block away. It's an excellent location, close to everything. The reception and carpark were hard to navigate at first, but easy to find after that. Staff were friendly, and extending our 10 night stay by 3 days for medical reasons was no problem. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Holiday Circle on Cavill and will definitely return on our next trip to the Gold Coast.
