Anna at reception made a real difference. She was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout, and made us feel well looked after. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Service like that is rare, and it added a lot to our stay. The hotel itself was really clean and comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be back. The pool area was beautiful, a perfect place to relax and spend a whole afternoon enjoying the atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt like a little home away from home. My wife and I both thought this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. From arrival, everything felt easy and welcoming, and Anna at reception was especially helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and made a real difference to our stay. We had an amazing time and can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely be back and are already looking forward to it.

The staff were consistently helpful and professional, but the room itself made for a disappointing stay. We were in the designated quiet zone and still woke around 6:30am to loud music and conversation from the adjoining room. The connecting door let too much sound through, so our relaxing weekend morning started much earlier than we wanted. We expected better sound insulation, especially in a quiet zone. The hotel also didn't refund us for what was a below average experience.

Kunal and Anna at reception made this stay especially memorable. They were kind, attentive, professional, and made me feel welcome every time we spoke. The whole place was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt warm from the moment I arrived. Service throughout was wonderful. I’d happily choose Crowne Plaza Queensland again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service.
