We were on level 8 in room 22, and the views were amazing. It was a quick stroll to Cavil Ave and the main experiences and amenities in surfers paradise. The spacious apartment had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely pool, bbq, and garden area. You do feel a bit exposed there to the other apartment balconies. A few things could be better: the lounges felt uncomfortable and a little small for the number of people the apartment can sleep. The ensuite shower and bath mat could use an update, and I’d prefer a large shower instead of a bath for a more luxurious ensuite. There was some early morning noise from repairs and maintenance, but nothing that spoiled our stay. We’d happily come back for any occasion and recommend it.

Stayed midweek for work, so it was nice and quiet, and the unit had everything I needed. The male manager was friendly, and the furnishings were pretty good. It’s in a prime spot and was immaculately clean, even by my clean-freak standards. I’m planning to stay again next month and hope it’s the same 🤞

I’ve been staying in GC for eight years, and this place is a real treasure. Chris at reception was the best I’ve experienced in a long time, so helpful and went above and beyond for me. I’m really grateful. The apartment was clean, fantastic, and had everything I needed. The garden and pool are lovely and well looked after, with a private gate to the beach. The location is spot on: away from the town noise but close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the tram. This will be my go-to place on future trips. Highly recommend.

The rooms are spotless, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and nothing seems too much trouble. One the Esplanade has everything you need for a holiday. I even cooked Xmas lunch there this year, and the kitchen had all I needed. Great location, highly recommend.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back for our next GC holiday. Our two-bedroom apartment on the ninth level was amazing, with a view to die for. It was beautifully furnished, tidy, and clean, and the kitchen had everything plus lots of thoughtful extras. The staff were amazing too, and the location with beach access was great.
