The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, always ready to help. I also spent plenty of time enjoying the peaceful pool, spa facilities, and gym. The Oracle Tower in Broadbeach has a luxurious feel, with sleek modern architecture and spacious, well-designed apartments with top-of-the-line amenities. The coastline views were breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. The beach, cafes, restaurants, and vibrant Broadbeach dining scene are just a short walk away, and Oasis Shopping mall is nearby for shopping. I had an absolutely amazing stay and can’t wait to return. If you’re after a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place on the Gold Coast, The Oracle Tower is the place to be.

I sent this feedback to staff and got no response or acknowledgement. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable: stained bed sheets in both my room and the kids’ room, dirty cutlery, visible bathroom mould, and hair from previous guests on the lounges. I felt so uncomfortable I had to clean many of these things myself, which guests should never be expected to do. This was well below the standard I expected, and I hope they take immediate steps to improve cleaning and housekeeping.

The host threatened me because I didn’t give a five-star review, and held onto my deposit without justification. Check-in was also a hassle since it depended on the host being available to hand over the keys. This property showed highly unprofessional conduct and failed to meet basic hospitality standards. I’d look at other, more reputable Airbnb options nearby.

You have to wait until the host is available to hand over the keys, which makes check-in highly inconvenient. The Airbnb in this building also withheld my deposit without valid justification and threatened me for not leaving a five-star review. I strongly advise against this property. There are numerous better Airbnb options nearby.
