The Langham Gold Coast

The team had heaps of fun, with lots of laughs and great vibes, and we came away with a memorable few days together. The Langham made our work conference feel special. Rooms were spacious and beautifully finished, with unreal views. Waking up to the ocean each morning never got old, and they were a great place to recharge after full days of sessions. Food and drinks were a big win too, with seriously good quality and plenty of choice, whether it was conference catering or drinks after sessions. From arrival onward, the service was friendly and attentive, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Everything ran smoothly, so the team could relax and enjoy the experience. We'd absolutely go back.

The location between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise suited us well because it felt quieter and more relaxing, and the main spots were only a short drive away. It's about a 15-20 minute walk between them, so shops, cafés and restaurants aren't right nearby if you're after a very short stroll. The pool may be a little small for the number of guests, and the three towers block the sun during the busy afternoon hours. The pool area can feel cold then, so people tend not to use it at the time you'd most want to. It wasn't a major issue for us, though. We loved our stay at The Langham. The room, amenities, service and cleanliness all felt exceptional, and everything was relaxing and luxurious from arrival. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Iliya at the pool bar, who made a point of being welcoming, attentive and friendly every day, took time to get to know us, and made the experience more fun. A beautiful hotel and a truly relaxing stay. We'd definitely return.

Acnene was so warm, friendly and professional, and looked after us throughout our visit. Everyone was welcoming and attentive from the moment we walked into 26 and sunny. The food was fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented, and you could tell care went into each dish. Great atmosphere and service. We'll definitely be back, and highly recommend it.

The next day, after we'd been out for a while, we came back to a sweet treat, wine and a note for my partner's birthday. It was totally unexpected and such a lovely touch. Jemima had remembered me mentioning the birthday. We'd originally checked into the room arranged for a business event, then decided to treat ourselves for the birthday and ask about upgrading to an apartment directly over the beach. Jemima was amazing: she showed us the available options and even took us up to see the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble, and we changed rooms and enjoyed the ocean view. Her service went above and beyond and left a lasting impression on both of us. She's a fantastic ambassador for the Langham brand and a true hospitality professional. I'm grateful for the five-star service. Thank you.
