The glamping tents were a great overnight experience, and the grounds felt quiet, peaceful and serene. Staff were genuinely friendly, and the stay was great value for money. After one night, you can get a free one-day pass to any of the three parks: Sea World, Movie World or Wet’n’Wild. There isn’t a huge range of animals, and the activities are aimed more at kids, so children will probably enjoy it most. If glamorous camping is what you’re after, this is the place.

Well worth the entry fee. It was a great day out, with friendly, helpful restaurant staff, a chance to see stock horses put through their paces, and an experience making billy tea and damper.

I’m not sure whether the animals here are rescued or what the situation is, but it’s nice to see so many Australian wildlife species. The koalas and dingoes were my favourites. There’s easy parking, and the country-style restaurant has a charming feel, though the menu options aren’t very good. It closes at 3.30PM, so try to get there early.

The animals were beautiful, but the visit was a huge letdown. It’s a very small park with not much to see, no petting, and little animal variety. Nobody on staff seemed welcoming or smiled. We were already thinking of leaving within ten minutes. Getting in means a long walk up a big hill, and the way back to the car felt hard after such a disappointing visit. Anyone with a physical disability should probably avoid it. At the entrance, the front counter woman was abrupt and unwelcoming. We asked how to have a meerkat experience because it wasn’t clearly advertised, and the woman with the camera on the meerkat team barely replied and was very cold and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even with a yearly pass. It just isn’t worth it. There was no customer service and no petting. I expect management will leave one of those half-hearted, rehearsed replies below. Maybe fix the problems instead. I wish I’d read the many reviews before going.

Lots of adorable animals to see in their enclosures, including meerkats, koalas, llamas, dingoes, wallabies, kangaroos, guinea pigs, goats, chickens and snakes. If you love animals in their natural Habitat, it can be an unforgettable experience. There’s a good range of breakfast, lunch and snacks on the Menu at affordable prices. Paradise Country is open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm, next to Wet'n Wild and Movie World just off the M1. The caring, hardworking staff are ready to welcome you. Beautiful Animals, beautiful place.
