Staff are brilliant. We had a great fortnight in May, mostly in room 70?, which was fantastic and had lovely views. This has to be the best spot in Broadbeach. It was fun watching the Blues on Broadbeach concert being set up, and although we hired a car, we ended up using the lime bikes more. On our last night we had to move to room 10?, three floors up, with the same view. I’d write a completely different review if we’d spent the whole fortnight in that second room. I saw some lower reviews and reckon the experience can depend on which room you get.

Everything was top notch at South Pacific Plaza, from the rooms and view to the location, staff and service. We don’t walk very far, and didn’t need to because everything we needed was right there. This is our second stay, and it won’t be our last. We’d highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

We’ll definitely come back. Staff were friendly and quickly sorted out a couple of things that needed fixing once we let them know. The balcony views from the upper floors are great, and while the pool is a bit small, it’s always a perfect temperature. We also used the great BBQ facilities. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and Surf Club, with bars, restaurants and shops all within a two minute walk.

For our three day long weekend at South Pacific Plaza, the location, view and service were second to none. The staff were outstanding and went above and beyond. CeCe was a pleasure to deal with and really went the extra mile. Sandra and Jan helped make the trip enjoyable too. When we’re back on the Gold Coast, we’ll definitely stay there again.

After I had a major dental procedure, Sharon and Jan were so kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and offered support if I needed it. I can’t thank them enough for their warm, welcoming hospitality. The location is fantastic, with shops, eateries and transport close by and the beach right across the road. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious, and there’s a nice heated pool and spa. I’m definitely coming back, and I recommend South Pacific Plaza.
